How much do they cost and where can i get one?

Now they are upwards of 40k..If you wish to buy one there can occasionally be somone found selling it in Lions Arch Dist 1...The more respectable way is to obtain one via winning the Hall of Heroes.

ive seen them up at 75k lately, not sure if that amount is plausible
